1:Non-waterproof Flexible LED Strip: PCB (Printed Circuit Board) material with self-adhesive back.
2:Waterproof Flexible LED Strip--Surface Injection: Except it PCB material is encapsulated with plastic Gel at surface,
with self-adhesive back, Water resistant coat (IP65).
3:Waterproof Flexible LED Strip--Silicone Tube: Except it PCB material is encapsulated with Silicone jacket. Without
self-adhesive back, Water resistant coat (IP67).
4:Waterproof Flexible LED Strip--Whole Injection: Except it PCB material is encapsulated with plastic Gel at both side.
Without self-adhesive back, Water resistant coat (IP68).

How to Unroll a Reel?

A led strip is a sensitive peace of electronics.
– The led strip has to be unrolled very carefully.
– Do the unrolling in a straight line.
– If you start mounting the ledstrip, first unroll the entire reel.
– While mounting do not directly push on the leds or the resistors.
– Do not twist the led strip too hard.
– Do not handle the led strip during operation.

How to Cut a Led Strip?

All 12Vdc ledstrips can be cut every 3 led’s. The 24Vdc led strips can be cut every 6 leds. This can be done between
the copper solderpoints. The best tool to do this is a flat bladed cutting plier.

To cut waterproof ledstrips use the same method after removing the waterproof sealing. This sealing can be removed
using a sharp cutter. Make sure not to touch the pcb while cutting. Don’t bend or twist the ledstrip to remove the waterproof
tubing.After cutting the waterproof led strip it can be resealed using a sealing cap and some fast drying glue.

How to Connect Led Strips?

A led strip can be soldered or connected using an optional connector.Take note that soldering is the best but most difficult
option. The solder should not touch any part outside the copper solder pads.
Waterproof ledstrips can only be soldered, there are no waterproof connectors available.
